The problem

Enrollment ran on paper forms, document collection was chased by hand, and monthly tuition invoicing ate admin hours while parents had no visibility into attendance or notices.

What we built

One platform serves three audiences. Parents enroll a child through a 7-step wizard with live seat availability, upload vaccination records and consent forms, and track invoices and attendance. Staff approve or waitlist enrollments, mark daily attendance per program, publish rich-text announcements and manage programs, add-ons and billing. A scheduler generates recurring tuition invoices every month and flags overdue payments on its own.
