The problem
The garage took every booking by phone. Slots, bay capacity and payments lived in a paper diary, so double bookings and no-shows cost real workshop time.
What we built
We built a full booking platform: customers pick a service, enter their vehicle and choose a real available slot computed from working hours, bay capacity and blocked time. Stripe handles prepay, deposits and refunds. The owner console covers bookings, a drag-friendly calendar, customers, payments and revenue stats, and every step of the booking lifecycle sends the right email automatically.
Results
- Bookings move through a 7-state lifecycle with accept, decline, reschedule, refund and no-show handling
- Live slot availability computed from working hours, bay capacity and blocked time
- Stripe payments with prepay, deposit and pay-at-garage options, refunds included
- 10 transactional emails cover the whole customer journey
- Owner console with calendar, customer records and revenue analytics
